Biography: After graduating from a Japanese university, I studied at the University of Wollongong in Australia for two and a half years to study marketing in-depth and obtain a master’s degree in strategic marketing.
In 2013, joined the overseas qualitative research division of CarterJMRN, a foreign-affiliated market research company. Starting at a coordinator position, doing work such as fieldwork management and recruitment, I learned survey design and analysis. While managing projects in various industries until July 2020, I gained experience in moderation, both online and offline, regardless of methods and gained the trust of clients across various industries.
In August 2020, I became a freelance moderator / researcher utilizing the strengths of having a deep understanding of a research company staff and being able to communicate in both English and Japanese. I am engaged in moderation and reporting services for international and domestic clients.
